    Founder & Owner
    Kirk is the founder and owner of Aprisa Mexican Cuisine. His passion for building restaurants using recycled shipping containers, along with a commitment to environmentally sustainable building methods, has resulted in welcoming a new eclectic venue to Portland.

    The popularity of Aprisa’s original restaurant has seen a second location open up in Portland. Kirk combines his vast business experience with a genuine passion for intelligent design, producing exceptional food for Aprisa’s many new devotees.

    Pedro

    Pedro is owner and Executive Chef at Aprisa Mexican Cuisine. Arriving in the United States at the young age of 14, he brought with him an already amazing culinary skill set taught to him by his Grandmother. He tells amazing stories about cooking Tortillas with her in the family kitchen. He brings those Tortillas to life at Aprisa. His Grandmother also instilled in him a dedication for always using the freshest and highest quality of ingredients, which he does daily for the crowds coming to Aprisa.
